Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by ADHD symptoms, struggling in your relationships, carrying the weight of past trauma, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, frustrated, or unsure of how to move forward. Others are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, caregiver stress, or conflict in their personal relationships.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults and couples seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your current challenges while building practical tools that help you improve relationships, manage emotions more effectively, navigate conflict, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. My role is to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on the strengths you already possess. Together, we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences may be influencing your current challenges while creating meaningful strategies for growth and healing.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions. Therapy is always individualized to your needs. Whether you're working through relationship concerns, ADHD, anger management, trauma, grief, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical tools that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, accountability, and practical support. Clients often leave therapy with greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and a clearer understanding of themselves and their goals. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more empowered, connected, and capable of creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.
