Great to meet you!

In my private practice, I support women as they navigate life transitions, relationships, work/life balance, and throughout the prenatal and postpartum experience. It is my mission to create a safe and supportive environment for clients as they begin to welcome reflection into their lives. I prioritize discovering wants and needs, identifying personal healthy boundaries, and increasing confidence to live a life within your values.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. I pride myself in staying up to date on trainings and therapeutic approaches in order to serve my clients effectively. I have advanced clinical training in Perinatal Mental Health, EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I value creating a safe and confidential space for clients where they can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through a collaborative approach, we will work to identify your goals for therapy and develop tools and skills that can be applied outside of therapy sessions. These tools can range from learning coping strategies, practicing effective communication techniques, or engaging in self-reflection exercises.
