Great to meet you!

Therapy should be collaborative—you are the expert on your own life. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create realistic strategies you can use outside of sessions. We'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with support and gentle challenge when helpful.

My approach to therapy

You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can begin using right away. I can help you reduce anxiety, manage stress, process difficult experiences, improve relationships, build confidence, and feel more like yourself.

My goal is to create a space where you can be authentic, encouraged, and never alone in navigating life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

I hold a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). I bring more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and healthcare, along with a deep appreciation for the connection between mental health, physical health, and everyday well-being.

Outside of therapy, I'm a wife, toddler mom, and tiny-farm owner. I understand that life can be messy, busy, and full of competing responsibilities.
