Great to meet you!

If you've lost someone to suicide, you know that grief doesn't fit neatly into a box, and finding a therapist who truly understands that kind of loss can feel impossible. I've spent my career doing crisis work alongside police departments and mobile crisis units, and I specialize in working with people navigating suicide loss, as well as first responders and fellow mental health professionals who carry more than most people realize. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

My approach to therapy

I'm a laid-back clinician! Sessions with me are relaxed, unhurried, and client-led. I draw on holistic, person-centered and motivational interviewing approaches, and I genuinely go with the flow of wherever you need to go that day. My background spans forensic psychology and clinical mental health counseling, and I bring that depth without the stiffness.

What you can expect from me

I want to hear your story! The first sessions are often about rapport building and seeing how I can best help you. I'm currently accepting new clients and online booking is simple: no phone tag, no waitlist runaround. If you've been searching for a therapist who gets it, I'd love to connect. Schedule your free consultation today; taking that first step is usually easier than you think.
