Great to meet you!

I bring over two decades of professional experience to my work as a therapist, including roles as a preschool teacher, child and family therapist, special education provider, grief counselor, clinical supervisor, and nonprofit leader. Across all of these settings, my work has centered on supporting children, teens, families, educators, clinicians, and leaders through moments of growth, challenge, and transition. I have particular expertise in supporting clients navigating grief and loss, as well as individuals and families dealing with executive functioning challenges, ADHD-related struggles, parenting, and life overwhelm.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, eclectic, and strengths-based. I believe therapy works best when people feel deeply seen, respected, and supported—not “fixed.” I draw from a wide range of tools and experiences, including my training as a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator through Brené Brown’s work, as well as my background in school and nonprofit mental health.

What you can expect from me

I bring my full humanity into the therapy room: my intersectional identities as a Jewish woman, Mama Bear of LGBTQ+ kids, daughter of aging parents, book lover and someone who is unabashedly obsessed with Broadway musicals. I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether my style and approach are a good fit for your needs.
