Lauren Rothstein

Lauren Rothstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and her Master of Social work from Adelphi University. Her passion for a more holistic approach motivated her to earn her Certification of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Lauren has more than 28 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in both private practice and several leading treatment centers.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathic space where you can explore your own thoughts and feelings and feel heard and understood. I offer the opportunity for you to explore your concerns while learning healthy and effective ways to cope with intense feelings, resolve problems, and care for yourself. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches tailored specifically to you.
