Hello I am Lauren I have been in the therapy field for a little over 5 years. I graduated from Maryville in 2020 and got my LPC in 2025. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have worked with all ages and populations in my line of work.
I have a collaborative approach to therapy and like the client to talk about their goals and we work together to achieve them.
in the first session clients can expect for me to ask them about their goals and what they think therapy should look like and what they are looking for in therapy. What modalities I use in practice and why. They will also be able to ask any questions they may have about me and my approach.
