Great to meet you!

I am a therapist deeply interested in the human experience. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or challenges in relationships. Many individuals I support are creatives, deep thinkers, and those seeking a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.

My approach to therapy

My lifelong love for poetry, art, yoga, and meditation has deepened my understanding of the complexities of the human experience. These practices have taught me the importance of acceptance and the wisdom to recognize what lies beyond our control. I completed postgraduate training in relational psychoanalysis at the William Alanson White Institute, which sparked my curiosity about the dynamics of human relationships and the potential for personal growth. My goal is to help you identify emotional triggers, and through increased awareness, explore healthier ways to cope with stress, sadness, and the challenges of daily life. Together, we will work to uncover new perspectives and responses that foster self-awareness and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space for honesty, vulnerability, and connection—and I believe this happens best when we’re fully present with each other, without anything else in the room. My role is to be fully here with you, to listen closely, reflect honestly, and meet you where you are—not to archive or analyze you afterward. We can always revisit; that’s part of the work: remembering, re-feeling, reworking.
