Hello, my name is Lauren, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is excited to start working with you! I graduated with a Master's in Social Work from Millersville University in 2017 and have worked with a blend of children, adolescents and adults. I primarily work with adults now, and have a certification in DBT. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder as well as relationship and self-esteem issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution focused. My goal is to meet you where you're at, and together we can unlock the best version of you. We all face challenges, but they do not have to prevent us from a life worth living.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim for small, achievable goals. I believe in building on small habits, that create big outcomes. My hope is that you will build momentum and confidence in your ability, as we work together.
