Great to meet you!

Let’s be honest—juggling a demanding career while trying to keep your personal life afloat is exhausting. If you are feeling completely burnt out by work and day to day stressors, maybe you find yourself relying on alcohol or substances just to wind down at the end of the day, I get it. It is incredibly common, but you don't have to keep running on empty.

I am a licensed therapist who’s passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I’ve been practicing for over 12 years, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, with a special focus on professional burnout, compassion fatigue, addiction-recovery and co-occurring disorders. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that change is always possible; even when it doesn’t feel that way.

I help high-achieving professionals step off the hamster wheel. My goal is to provide a totally judgment-free, confidential space where you can let your guard down and figure out how to reclaim your energy and your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. No lectures, no rigid rules—just realistic support that fits into your busy life. What I may help with is Workplace Burnout & Stress: Overcoming chronic exhaustion, imposter syndrome, and corporate stress. Substance Use Support: Navigating alcohol or drug use, harm reduction, and staying on track with recovery. Anxiety & Coping: Managing high-functioning anxiety and finding healthier ways to decompress.

I use an integrative approach, blending cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques, but more than anything, I tailor our work to you, your goals, your pace, your values. My main goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, openness, and resilience. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and build on them to help you reach your desired goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me isn't about nodding along while you vent. It is a real conversation. We will look at what is causing your stress and come up with practical, real-world strategies to fix it. Whether you want to set better boundaries at work, dive into the difficulties for life/work balance, change your relationship with drinking, or explore what a "sober curious" lifestyle looks like, we will take it one step at a time.

I’m here to listen, reflect, challenge you gently when needed, and help you make sense of what’s going on. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to figure things out, seeking help can be one of the hardest parts so I’m here to help you feel more supported and less alone throughout your journey.
