Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals impacted by trauma, specifically interpersonal and childhood trauma. I also have interest in working with people impacted by religious trauma, spiritual abuse or indoctrination. It can be so disorienting to experience a breakdown of beliefs or identity, it can severely shift your world view and sense of self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is trauma-informed, focused, and kind. I take a directive approach using attachment, existential, and psychodynamic theory. In short, I believe we are relational humans impacted by our connection to others, we are all managing existential fears, and understanding our past is important.

I am trained in EMDR, DBT, Brainspotting, and “Religious Trauma, Spiritual Abuse, and Cult Recovery.”

What you can expect from our first session

Having a space to reflect, process, and gain insight can be so transformative and healing. Whether you’re hoping to process trauma, existential anxieties, relationship pain or daily life stressors, I hope to make space for you. My goal is that you leave feeling understood and challenged to reflect deeply to make change.
