Great to meet you!

Therapy can be intimidating, but I like to look at it more as a journey towards wholeness and healing. I work with adults and teens that may be struggling due to stress, life changes, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or major challenges. I can help you or your teen learn ways to cope, understand your emotions better, ways to navigate hard times, gain insight, and work towards overall growth. It is also a chance to just be heard.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered approach which means that I meet folks where they are, with no judgement, and hope to partner with you or your teen on your road to healing. I use tools that pull from attachment approaches, positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed interventions, and somatic approaches.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be heard in a safe place that is free from judgement. They will also have a chance to learn more about their thoughts and feelings, and be able to grow and thrive.
