Hi, I'm Lauren. I specialize in treating PTSD and other forms of trauma, anxiety, & addiction. I have a graduate degree from Monmouth University and I am additionally a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and EMDR certified. I am trauma-aware and focused. I incorporate spirituality when appropriate or desired.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We will work together to forge the path of healing. I will guide and gently push when growth zones are being met. We will process past challenges or traumas that may be correlating to present-day symptoms. Most sessions are process-oriented, with education also given throughout.
