As a therapist, my goal is to walk along side you in your journey to healing and transformation by helping you to recognize the purpose of behaviors, develop a non-judgmental curiosity about thoughts and beliefs you hold, and assisting you in developing skills that will help you manage emotional responses and feel safe in your body and mind.

You want to feel empowered to know that while you cannot change the past, you can change your relationship with the past. You want to understand the purpose of your emotions, understand your needs, and make choices that nurture your emotions rather that having them control you. You want to raise confident, capable, courageous, and compassionate children.

When you have the courage to be authentically yourself with someone else you can begin to grow and transform.
