Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in personal growth and the power of authentic connection. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis, with a MA in counseling psychology and became a licensed therapist, later earning an MBA in Healthcare Administration with honors while working for a large health plan.

Throughout my career — and my life as a single mom finishing graduate school — I’ve stayed committed to growth, continued education, and surrounding myself with great mentors. I’ve learned that navigating life successfully is about discovering what works and learning from others who have done the same.

I grew up near Columbus, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) and have called Colorado home since graduating from CSU. Outside of work, I love music and concerts, movies, comedy, skiing, cycling, hiking, Pilates, travel, and time with family and friends. Though I live in the mountains, I’m happiest near the water — paddleboarding, snorkeling, or volunteering in sea turtle conservation.

When choosing a therapist, it’s important to feel heard, accepted, and genuinely valued. I’d love to help you find that sense of connection and growth here.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in empathy. I specialize in medical and behavioral health integration, supporting individuals managing medical conditions alongside behavioral health needs. I also help clients through life-stage adjustments, college/career paths, fertility and maternal health, parenting, chronic health conditions and grief.

In addition to therapy, I offer EAP counseling, professional mentoring, and licensee supervision. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices with a focus on self-awareness, boundaries, and emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is most effective when you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your strengths and move confidently toward the life you want.

It takes strength to ask for help and willingness to open up and share what one needs. I support a judgment-free zone, offering reflection, care and concern. Therapy is a "we" thing! I don't have the answers or tell you what to do. I may have lots of questions, though, and together we find the solutions and answers.

There are no guarantees- you may feel better, the same or in some cases you may be upset. You may have heard the cliche, "it is a process and you have to do the work." It is true. I don't do the work, you do the work. There may be homework assignments, reading or other specific activities which will be helpful for growth and awareness. Therapy is investing in you becoming your best self!
