I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with adolescents and adults since graduating from Ohio University in 2020. I have experience and training in a variety of areas including anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and stress to name a few.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of treatment modalities with my clients including CBT, ACT, and Brainspotting. I provide an open, comfortable environment where we focus on your goals and work together to get you where you want to be in life. I strive to connect and build trust with each of my clients while uplifting them and normalizing their experiences.

While every session looks different, my goal for my clients is to leave feeling supported, validated, and empowered. You may have new insights to process or coping techniques to try out between sessions, and I am always a phone call or text away to provide support and resources!
