I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. You are the expert on your own life, so my role is not to tell you who you are or what you should do. Instead, I help you explore your experiences, connect the dots, and better understand how you became the person you are today.
My style is down-to-earth, direct, and relatable. I am not easily shocked, and there are no wrong answers in therapy. I aim to create conversations that feel genuine and useful rather than overly clinical.
