Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Lauren, a License Clinical Social Worker. I help clients access their own inner strength and wisdom. We all have the tools we need, sometimes we just need to be reminded of them.

My background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and

Embodied Intimacy and Relationships Coach allows me to bridge clinical knowledge, trauma-informed relational work, and experiential practices that restore wholeness. For clients who are interested, I also integrate Human Design insights as a certified Human Design Specialist, to support a deeper understanding of your energy and relational patterns.

My approach to therapy

I use a somatic approach to guiding clients to their own inner wisdom. The body knows how to move past strong emotions if we give it space to be seen, felt and heard. My approach is collaborative, body-based, and grounded in real-life change. I integrate somatic and attachment-based therapy with parts work and nervous system education to help you experience safety and connection from the inside out. Rather than only talking about what’s happening, we slow down and notice how your body participates in your patterns—how it braces, protects, signals fear, or reaches for connection—so that healing can happen at the level where stress and disconnection actually live.

Our work often includes learning how to track sensations and emotions with care, making space for what’s been held tightly for too long, and building capacity for softness, trust, and choice. I meet you exactly where you are, helping you move gently toward what feels authentic and nourishing.

This approach invites you into a relationship with yourself that feels more grounded, clear, and connected—within your body and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and arrive. We start with a genuine conversation about what brings you in, what’s been feeling hard, and what you’re hoping might shift. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—I’ll guide you through questions that help us understand your history, current challenges, and what safety and support look like for you right now.

Many people begin to notice relief simply from being met without judgment. We may start to track how your body responds as you talk—where there’s tension or ease, what wants more breath or space—so we can better understand how your nervous system has been working to protect you.

Together, we’ll begin setting gentle intentions for our work, balancing insight with present-moment awareness. My goal in that first session isn’t to fix anything, but to help you feel seen, grounded, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible.
