Great to meet you!
help clients untangle patterns rooted in childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD so they can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives. My approach blends deep insight with practical tools that clients can apply right away.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and real. I use interventions such as the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to help clients break old cycles and build healthier relationships—with themselves and others.
I hold a BA from Brown University, completed graduate coursework in Special Education, and earned my Master’s in Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work. My clients describe me as direct yet compassionate, someone who helps them see themselves clearly and make meaningful change.
