My therapeutic approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also integrating techniques from Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I draw from these modalities to tailor each session to the unique needs of the client and to support progress toward their individual goals. I believe therapy should be a welcoming, nonjudgmental space that fosters growth, self-awareness, and positive change. My goal is to collaborate with clients as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves, and I value being part of that process.
Clients can expect their first session to feel welcoming, supportive, and focused on understanding their needs. Each session is intended to build upon the last, creating steady progress toward their personal wellness journey.
