I started my career in 2011 working with children in schools. I worked with students with exceptionalities for 7 years. I started working in private practice settings 7 years ago. I specialize in working with individuals who are managing anxiety, depression and trauma.

I enjoy making the clients a part of the therapy process including treatment planning, goal setting, and tracking of symptoms and goals.

Clients will build on their self-compassion and learn to be confident in their abilities to care for themselves.
