Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lauren, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the messy, often overwhelming transitions of life—whether it's entering adulthood, dealing with career or identity shifts, or figuring out relationships in a modern world. I work with both women and men who may be feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of themselves during pivotal life moments.

I specialize in helping clients strengthen self-esteem, break out of old patterns, and develop a deeper sense of clarity and self-worth. My clinical background includes 12 years of working in various settings, and my experience is rooted in supporting people through both internal and external change—from modern dating struggles to deeper questions of purpose, belonging, and identity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be both reflective and empowering—giving you space to process, while also helping you move forward. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present, uncover what’s holding you back, and build tools for stronger boundaries, clearer self-awareness, and more confident decision-making.

I draw from guiding you to connect your thoughts and feelings to your behaviors and tailor each session to meet you where you are, whether that’s navigating relationships, entering a new life stage, or dealing with unexpected transitions. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen—where growth, humor, vulnerability, and strength all have a seat at the table.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-assured, and connected to their inner voice. You can expect to gain insight into patterns that no longer serve you, tools to navigate life’s uncertainties, and the confidence to make choices aligned with your values.

Whether you’re questioning your direction, dealing with a breakup, or simply trying to adjust to “adulting,” I’m here to support you. Our work together will help you feel more secure in yourself, more resilient in the face of change, and more empowered in how you show up in your life and relationships.
