Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and understood as a whole person—not just a collection of symptoms. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, postpartum depression, and PTSD. My experience includes crisis intervention, supporting survivors of domestic violence, and working with foster care youth and other complex populations.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and straightforward environment where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. I believe healing happens through collaboration, and I view therapy as a partnership built on trust, honesty, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized to each client's unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand their experiences, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I take a holistic view of mental health by considering the biological, emotional, cognitive, and social factors that influence well-being. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. I'll spend time learning about your background, current challenges, strengths, and what brings you to therapy at this point in your life.

We'll discuss your goals, answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and explore what you hope to gain from our work together. Most importantly, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to take the next steps on your journey toward healing and growth.
