Great to meet you!

My clinical experience includes working with Substance Use Disorders, grief and trauma, anxiety, depression, couples and family dynamics, and co-occurring disorders. I have provided care in both residential treatment and outpatient settings, supporting clients with complex mental health needs. I also have experience working with professionals such as first responders, nurses, and other high-stress occupations.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, integrating evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support your goals. I work with substance use, grief and trauma, and a range of mental health concerns. I believe therapy should be collaborative and grounded in trust, creating a safe space where you can express yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll build practical skills and insight to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns, goals, and any relevant history at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll also ask questions to better understand your experiences and explain how the therapy process works. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps tailored to your needs.
