I work with women who are single + dating, in a relationship or heartbroken. I help women overcome heartbreak, break toxic dating cycles and choose healthier relationships. Through our work, I will also help you become the highest version of yourself by getting you to fall madly in love with yourself and your own life! I help women create a life they feel happy and fulfilled in.

I am trained in EMDR.

I use an integrative approach, meaning a variety of therapeutic interventions from different treatment modalities I'm trained in. I find this approach to be very successful because every person is unique. What works for one, may not work for another so it's important to be a versatile clinician.

To heal from past trauma, develop a stronger relationship with themselves, know themselves on a deeper level and love themselves. Clients can expect to feel happier and navigate the challenges that come with life and relationships with clarity and less anxiety.
