Hello and welcome. Every human being deserves to feel loved, connected, and validated. Therapy can help you build a better relationship with yourself and others. If you ever feel like your emotions are in the driver seat and you’re along for the ride, you’re not alone. Although it may be difficult, you have the ability to learn how to cope through intense emotions more effectively. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to process, build awareness and learn skills to navigate through life’s stressors.
I work with young adults and adolescents. I specialize in concerns relating to trauma, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and life transitions. I believe in trauma informed, evidence based, and gender affirming care. I am trained in many therapy modalities but mostly incorporate somatic therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness.
I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where we work alongside each other to reach your goals.
