Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate life’s hardest moments alone. I work with individuals and families who are facing crisis, grief, general life challenges, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to cope with what’s ahead.

As a social worker with experience in medical and end-of-life settings, I understand how complex and heavy these moments can be. I also recognize the challenges of navigating family dynamics. My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where you can process what you’re going through and feel less alone in it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and practical. I focus on meeting you where you are, while helping you build tools that feel realistic and supportive in your daily life.

I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based approaches. This means we’ll work together to better understand your thoughts and emotions, while also identifying ways to cope, make decisions, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel unsure at first. My goal is to make the process feel approachable and comfortable from the beginning.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once; we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental conversation where we begin to understand your needs and start mapping out how we can work together in a way that feels helpful and aligned with your goals.
