Great to meet you!

I bring both professional clinical training and genuine compassion to the work we do together. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have over a decade of experience supporting adults through a wide range of mental health challenges; including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. My background includes working in both outpatient and community-based settings, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), client-centered care, and solution-focused techniques, always tailoring treatment to meet your specific needs. I strive to create a therapeutic space that’s respectful, supportive, and grounded in real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, client-centered principles, and solution-focused strategies to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported; whether we're working through trauma, managing mood/anxiety symptoms, or addressing day-to-day stressors. I tailor each session to your needs, adjusting the pace and focus based on your goals and what feels most helpful. Above all, I aim to create a space that fosters insight, builds resilience, and supports lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, increased self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether we're working on symptom management, processing difficult experiences, or building long-term coping strategies, each session is designed to support meaningful progress toward your goals. My goal is for you to feel more empowered, grounded, and capable of navigating life’s challenges, both inside and outside the therapy space.
