Great to meet you!

Your life is a journey that can be difficult to handle on your own sometimes. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or feelings surrounding a chronic illness you have been impacted by? I can help! I specialize in working with the chronic illness community with a focus on the Dysautonomia / POTS population as I myself also struggle in this area. It is my role to work alongside you to provide support, empathy and tools to assist you on the goals you would like to achieve in therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Reaching out for help and finding the right therapist for you can be a hard. It is important for me to work to your needs since everyone is unique. CBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused and EMDR can assist you in making the positive changes. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with a range of diagnosis in various settings.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal for your treatment is to assist you in finding your strengths and to build off of them to improve every aspect of your life. I want you to have a space to speak freely without judgment and to feel safe to find the best version of yourself. Everyone is going through different struggles currently and I look forward to assisting you through yours!
