Great to meet you!

Anxiety that won't let up. A relationship that keeps hitting the same wall. Grief that shows up at the worst moments. After 24 years working with people through some of the hardest chapters of their lives, I know that reaching out takes real courage — and that it's almost never the wrong call. My clients tell me our sessions feel less like being analyzed and more like being genuinely heard. Whatever you've been carrying, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques — which in practice means we'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck, explore what's driving them, and build on what's already working in your life. I don't arrive with a rigid script. Your goals shape the work, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I'll ask what's brought you in, a bit about your history, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. You don't need to have the perfect words or a clear agenda — most people just come in knowing something needs to change. That's enough to start.
