I graduated in 2017 with my masters in clininical mental health counseling. I have experience working with trauma, foster care, & adoption work. In 2025, I received an endorsement for early childhood, focusing on 0-6. I provide very dyadic sessions, which means, you will most likely be in the session with your child.
My goal is to help you feel more at ease with parenting, helping your child be able to manage their feelings better, & your family to have more positive moments together. I love helping parents & children learn to work better together when the going gets tough. I am very play based, as play is a child’s way of communicating. I strive to make therapy as fun as possible, while still reaching our goals.
The first session is a parent intake session. That is meeting with just you, the grown up. I find it very helpful to have a safe place, away from little ears, to hear how things are going & what your goals are. I will ask you to share what you feel is important for me to know before working with your child.
