Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is experienced working with individuals, couples, and families working through challenging life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, addiction, and adjustment disorders.

I have worked with a variety of populations, including youth, unhoused individuals needing crisis care and community-based case management, and church community members needing therapeutic support.

I have been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy, among other evidence-based treatment modalities.

My approach to therapy

It is my goal to make therapy feel both approachable and worthwhile. I show up as my authentic self--quirks and all--and expect my clients to do the same.

The therapy hour is your time and space to express yourself openly without fear of judgment, and I am invested in understanding your story with compassion and curiosity.

It is my belief that the single most defining aspect of our lives is our relationships--with God, with self, and with others. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside anyone brave enough to take the leap of faith to enter into this journey of personal growth. I strive to have you walk away with a greater sense of clarity and confidence in living a life aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

I begin by getting acquainted with your unique story, what brings you into therapy and what goals you hope to achieve throughout our work together. I will conduct a comprehensive assessment tailored to your specific needs and preferred pacing.
