Great to meet you!

Bringing the spirit of Aloha and the grounding energy of the desert to individuals and couples navigating life's heaviest transitions.

Whether you are facing major life shifts, the weight of past trauma or anxiety and depression -- I offer a comfortable space for us to help navigate life's transitions.

When anxiety and depression take over, it can feel like you are trapped—struggling to calm the crashing waves of worry, or trying desperately to cool down the blazing heat of a heavy season. Sometimes, life's demands harden the emotional ground so deeply that daily stresses blow like a constant desert wind between you and your loved ones—leaving you feeling isolated, emotionally dry, and simply trying to find a moment of calm.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist who understands the deep-rooted values of the islands and now proudly serves the Nevada community, I have a special heart for those navigating the unique cultural and emotional transition of moving from Hawaii to the desert. I bridge these two places that contrast each other, to offer a comfortable, empathetic telehealth space where men, women, and couples can truly feel the spirit of Aloha—a space of deep warmth, safety, and genuine acceptance.

No matter how intense or heavy this current landscape feels, please know you have a safe space here. We will work together online to heal, restore your peace, and steady your path from the comfort of your home.

What you can expect from me

Taking that first step can feel intimidating, but our first session is simply an open, relaxed conversation to get to know one another. From the comfort of your own home, we will explore what has been feeling heavy or overwhelming lately, discuss your goals, and see what it looks like to restore peace to your life. There are no expectations or wrong answers here—just a collaborative, welcoming space where we can begin to steady your path at a pace that feels entirely safe for you.
