Great to meet you!

You deserve to feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, serious mental health conditions, and everyday life stressors find healthier ways to cope, feel more balanced, and regain confidence in their lives. Whether you're working through a difficult season, managing ongoing mental health challenges, or simply looking for support and a fresh perspective, you don't have to settle for feeling stuck. You can feel better, and support is here.

My approach to therapy

I'm Laurie-Anne, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and social services. My approach is casual, conversational, and supportive, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques. Our sessions are a space where you can speak openly, feel accepted, and work toward goals that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a getting-to-know-you time. I'll invite you to share what's bringing you into therapy, and we'll discuss your goals. I always save a few moments before the end to cover what you can expect from our work together.
