Great to meet you!

As a veteran with a background in the medical field, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a mental health therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I have additional training in Autism, ADHD, and Brainspotting, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. My approach is compassionate, strength-based, and collaborative, helping you build on your existing strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, ADHD, autism, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, strength-based, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident, resilient, and in control of your life. I also incorporate Brainspotting when appropriate to help process difficult experiences and support deeper healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you'd like to work toward. Together, we'll begin creating a treatment plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. You can expect to leave our first session with a better understanding of how we'll work together and a clear direction for moving forward.
