Great to meet you!

Does the world feel harder to navigate than it used to? Many adults today feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally worn down by nonstop news, uncertainty about the future, and the quiet strain this places on relationships and identity. You may feel caught between the desire to live authentically and the need to feel safe, steady, and connected in everyday life.

I work with adults who feel drained by anxiety, relationship stress, identity questions, or patterns that once helped them cope but no longer fit who they are becoming. My clients tend to care deeply, reflect often, and want insight—not just temporary relief. Together we strengthen boundaries, shift relational patterns, and build clarity and self-trust so you can feel more grounded, emotionally secure, and aligned with the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you understand emotional and relational patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, disconnection, or feeling stuck. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening boundaries, and developing a more grounded sense of self.

I draw from schema-informed work, cognitive behavioral strategies, and relational approaches to support adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a steady, nonjudgmental space to slow down, reflect, and move toward meaningful change while staying aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on what brought you to therapy and what feels most urgent or confusing right now. We will explore emotional patterns, stressors, and relational themes as they show up in your life, and begin clarifying what you want therapy to look like. My aim is for you to leave feeling seen, understood, more grounded, and clearer about your next steps — not perfect, just grounded and hopeful.
