Great to meet you!

For over twenty years, I've been nursing in northern Vermont, serving a rural community where needs are high and providers are few. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and addiction, and I bring a whole person approach that includes metabolic monitoring, genetic testing, when warranted. Most of my sessions are conducted via telehealth, with some appointments available in person.

My approach to therapy

I listen carefully before recommending anything. Everyone carries a different history, and I want to understand yours before we discuss medication or a treatment plan. I look at the whole picture, including physical health.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to hear about what you know about your mental health, and what are the target symptoms that bring you to see me. We will cover your health history, and how this may be affected by or affecting your mental health .We will start to map out a plan of care together.
