Great to meet you!

“Human beings are never going to perfect.... The best we can do is to keep asking for help and accepting it when you can and if you keep on doing that, you’ll always be moving towards better.” Leslie Higgins from Ted Lasso

As a clinical social worker, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Through my experience, education, and work in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex problems people face in their daily lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals collaboratively to identify their unique needs and to develop a personalized treatment plan. I strive to create a safe environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement.

What you can expect from our first session

I have experience working with a wide range of populations including teens, adults, and older adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and life adjustments and I use evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy to help my clients achieve their goals. Overall, my goal is to help you achieve yours. I am honored to be a part of your journey and to support you along the way.
