Great to meet you!

I have dedicated over 20 years to the mental health field, fostering growth and healing in individuals. I hold a BA in Art and Performance from UT Dallas and a MS in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University. Through my professional journey, I have observed that a sense of purpose and direction are fundamental to enhancing mental well-being. To discover these vital components, it is essential to engage in a process of self-exploration and to embrace one’s authentic self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
