Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience in psychiatry, I know how essential a strong therapeutic connection is to the healing process. Building rapport is at the heart of my practice — I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I take an individualized approach to treatment, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet each person’s unique needs.

My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology and Counseling Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, gaining eight years of hands-on experience treating a wide range of diagnoses. I’ve supported individuals facing mild to severe depression, anxiety, codependency, bipolar disorder, psychosis, acute stress disorder, trauma, complex family dynamics, psychosocial stressors and occupational challenges.

I’ve been fortunate to train alongside some of the most experienced clinicians in the field, and that mentorship has shaped my ability to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and effective care. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or other personal struggles, my goal is to help you feel empowered and supported on your journey toward healing and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring a warm, compassionate, and interactive approach to our sessions, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Therapy is not just about guidance—it’s a safe and empowering journey toward healing and growth. My goal is to deeply understand your experiences and emotions so we can work together to develop the most effective coping strategies for you.
