Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like you're a passenger in your own life? That you're in the backseat while your emotions drive you where you never intended to go? I'm here to give you back the steering wheel. When my father passed away unexpectedly at 15, I had no one to guide me. That was the painful catalyst that made me realize my purpose: to be the guide for others that I so desperately needed back then. Fast forward through years of diverse experience—from youth mental health to LGBTQ+ sexual health and housing assistance—and here I am, with a Master's in Social Work and a mission to empower you.

My approach to therapy

Many people feel powerless to their emotions. We crave being in control but usually focus our energy on things outside of our control. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques, I’ll help you regain your power and focus your energy on what you can actually change.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are designed to allow you to establish trust and comfort within the space while I gather information about your medical, personal, relationship, and family background history. The focus is on getting to know you. You set the pace and decide what you are comfortable sharing.
