Great to meet you!

Welcome! After my first career as an elementary school teacher, I've worked as a counselor for 10+ years. My goal is to create a welcoming and safe space to help clients identify challenges and learn skills to help them move beyond them. I view overall health holistically, with mental health being a critical piece.

My approach to therapy

Even when working with individuals, I consider family systems that may have played a role in establishing patterns of healthy or unhealthy behavior, communication, etc. I view clients as one piece of a giant puzzle. My integrated view of therapy helps meet clients where they are on their journey.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy helping clients connect with their sense of "self," leaving sessions feeling validated, confident, and focused on their strengths - concepts that help us all feel better about ourselves.
