Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 40 years of experience I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life. Over the past forty years, I have focused my practice specifically on mental health counseling, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges with compassion and practical guidance. Seeking help takes courage, and I strive to provide a supportive space where clients feel empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in honesty, trust, and open communication, where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout our work together. My focus is on helping you identify areas of difficulty while empowering you to make choices that promote meaningful and positive change in your life through CBT process. I provide a supportive environment that encourages growth, offering both compassion and gentle challenges to help you build insight, confidence, and lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what has brought you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your story, current challenges, and goals so we can begin identifying a path toward healing and positive change. My hope is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel supported in being open and sharing your thoughts and feelings as we begin the work together.
