Great to meet you!

I have a wide range of experience. Over the years I have enjoyed working with children, youth and families. My experience also includes areas of trauma, abuse, forensics and depression and anxiety. I have experience in the partial hospitalization of children and teens and have worked in grief, bereavement and geriatrics.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe and comfortable place for you to heal and grow. I am a strong believer in a holistic approach, focusing on the various aspects of life and the whole person. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy where we discuss the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and actions. Although, I am open to tailoring our session to my client's specific needs. In my spare time, I enjoy making Certified Therapy dog visits with my dog. I love sharing the joy and comfort which she brings to me.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel truly seen, heard, and supported in a space that honors their individual story and lived experience. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself—without judgment or pressure. Together, we will uncover your strengths, explore meaningful insights, and build practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is to empower you not just to cope, but to grow—to reconnect with who you are at your core and create lasting change in your life. You don’t have to do this alone. Healing is not only possible—it’s within reach, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
