Great to meet you!

If there's a voice in your head that says "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be successful," you're in the right place. That voice didn't come from nowhere. It often has roots in past experiences, family patterns, or generational wounds that have never had space to heal. I work with people who are ready to stop fighting those beliefs and start healing what's underneath them. You don't have to relive the past or have the right words to begin. You already carry everything you need for this journey.

My approach to therapy

My work is spiritual and healing-focused. We get to the root of the beliefs and experiences that are driving your thoughts, not just the symptoms on the surface. One thing that makes this work different: you don't have to talk through every painful detail or relive trauma to heal it. We will also explore how your ancestral line may be shaping your present, because sometimes what we're carrying isn't only ours. As those roots clear, clients find themselves feeling more confident, more connected, and lighter in ways they didn't expect.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I'll ask what's been weighing on you, what you've tried before, and what feeling better looks like for you. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. Most people leave the first session feeling heard in a way they didn't expect. By the end, you'll have a sense of where we're headed and why. You don't have to do this alone, and that first conversation is the first step in proving it to yourself.
