My name is Laurie Tomlin. I am the father of one adult son and one four legged son. I love plants, all genres of music, singing, and playing the piano.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, a National Certified Counselor and a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I received a MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in May of 2018 and have over 15 years of Pastor Counseling experience.
I have been trained to use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), both of which are used to treat trauma related symptoms.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, and treatment is customized to meet the needs of each individual. I have advanced training working with complex trauma, HIV/AIDS, LGBTQIA+ issues, minority groups, African American men, and spiritual conflict.
I do not have the answers to your life, but I am committed to being with you as you journey toward self-discovery and fulfillment.
