With an extensive educational background in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, I bring over 10 years of experience in sport psychology, mental health counseling, and behavioral modification. My clinical skills include time management, goal setting, solution-focused therapy, grief counseling, anger management, behavior modification, substance use support, family support, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
