Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health therapist, I believe taking care of your mental health can improve your quality of life. Change and challenges can make it hard to see a way forward, but with a safe space to talk about your feelings and experiences, growth is possible. With an extensive educational background in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, I bring over 10 years of experience in sport psychology, mental health counseling, and behavioral modification. My clinical skills include time management, goal setting, solution-focused therapy, grief counseling, anger management, behavior modification, substance use support, family support, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate, client-centered approach and meet clients where they are. I include psychoeducation tools to help with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, personal growth, self-actualization, and healthy communication when exploring resistance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, supportive, and safe space where they are encouraged to talk openly about their experiences, challenges, and goals.
