Great to meet you!

Hello! Your journey to self-discovery & healing starts here.

You can find the healing & peace you are seeking with counseling, hypnosis, or reiki therapy. My approach is client-centered and collaborative the client. Together, we will use therapeutic tools and techniques that focus on your own inner strength, abilities, and resources to reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

I use different approaches, such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviews, and many more. Hypnosis is another option. The unconscious mind holds a wealth of information and resources that hypnosis can access. Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation and can only be used on a willing client. Hypnosis is evidenced-based for certain mental health conditions and medical-related. I received Level 1 & 2 clinical hypnosis training from ASCH, an organization that only provides training to licensed health professionals.

What you can expect from me

Change starts with a decision to change, then taking action towards that change. Change takes courage and reaching out to a therapist is a brave choice. I can offer you the safe, supportive environment you need to process your thoughts, ideas, feelings, fears, emotions, life events, problems, and what changes you want to make in your life. .
