Great to meet you!

I am happy to be here to provide mental health counseling and help people improve their lives and achieve their personal goals. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I worked with individuals in many settings, including case management and social services. With over 20 years of experience working with people, I achieved a lifelong goal of completing a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2017. Since then, I have completed training and gained experience in Trauma-based counseling and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

Using a person-centered approach to understand each person’s unique needs, I am passionate about helping diverse individuals overcome difficulties, find enjoyment in life, and improve their mental health to become the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I like to gather as much information as possible to understand your needs, examine strengths, and establish small goals. You can also expect to have tools to take with you for coping with stress.
