Great to meet you!

Do you wish life could be different? I have worked over the past 11 years in substance abuse, family transitions and learning how to overcome life challenges. I utilize an integrated approach when working with you and your family in hopes to identify and create a plan to support your goals! I am a biracial individual who understands the challenges our youth are facing with feeling accepted and learning how to feel confident and express themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life is full of choices and making positive, healthy choices can be challenging without support. I specialize in an integrated approach when working with clients in hopes of focusing on each person’s individuality. I promote a collaborative approach, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and narrative approach; however a blended mix of techniques has found to be successful.

What you can expect from our first session

The most important aspect of the opportunity to work together is establishing a safe space to heal. Together we can fill your personal toolbox to live the successful life you desire.
